Area of intervention
With the idea to reunite the fragmented individual units and improve the functioning of market area of intervention is a open space in front of a commercial complex which forms the periphery of the APMC market
Site syntax
Activities on the site observed
Relation between each new level and the activity. Streets got activated as market and footpath used for vendors personal activities
Activities on the area of intervention
Pavements used for parking due to lack of space, concrete pavement used for sitting, sleeping, as a gathering place by the vehicle drivers
Measurements
Following the similar syntax, set of plug-ins is introduced in three different configuration on the open space in front of commercial complex as a threshold for the shared selling, waiting and sitting practice
Selling practice facing towards the street and sitting space towards the complex
Generated walkway also the buyers zone
