Feasibility Report

The feasibility reports are the area calculations for site which we designed and explains how FSI for a building gets calculated. The other report talks about the six models such as full retrofit, partial retrofit and redevelopment and full redevelopment. The calculations help to understand how much it would cost to actually build and how can the finance be taken care of while designing for retrofit and redevelopment.
