I am thrilled to be your student's math teacher this year! I feel very fortunate to be working in the best district in San Diego. I started my teaching career at Earl Warren Middle School, then opened Carmel Valley Middle School in 1999. After being a Bobcat for 14 years, I was given another amazing opportunity to open Pacific Trails Middle School (go Wolves!) I have four awesome kids (ages 16, 18, 20 and 22). We have three adorable cats (although my kids keep asking for a dog.) My oldest son, Jackson, just graduating at SDSU , and my son Sam will start his second year at SDSU. My oldest daughter is studying at Cal Poly SLO, and majoring in Architectural Engineering.  My youngest daughter, Molly, plays competitive soccer, and she's a huge SD Wave fan! In 2019, we traveled to Sweden to visit my family and ended our trip with four days in London. Roller coasters scare me, and I don't like peanut butter, but I love the beach, banana cheesecake is my favorite dessert and Hi-Chews are my ultimate candy choice! I enjoy reading, hiking, going to music concerts and the theater. And if I could move to Stars Hollow I would!
