When is the best time to start looking for colleges?

"The fall of your senior year is when you are forced to do it or the summer before if you can!"

What are school dances like? Specifically prom?

"I would say it's really fun! I like the beforehand with my friends, getting ready for it and all. Getting ready for it is more enjoyable for me than actually being at the dance. It's a good environment and the venue is usually pretty nice. Last year it was. In my opinion, prom is better than other school dances."

What was your hardest year academically?

"Junior year was my hardest. Pretty typical. I took the most AP's that year. I took many challenging classes."

When is the best time to start looking for colleges?

"I think the end of Junior year into summer is the best time to look for colleges. Also the beginning into (senior year)."

What are school dances like? Specifically prom?

Its really fun! A great experience! You get to mingle a lot. It's a lot of dancing. It's really good for dates, if you're into that thing. It's a great bonding experience. I think anyone who wants to go should go. A positive aspect is that you get to be with people that you like. A negative aspect is that I don't like weaing dresses. It can also be a little clicky, but I feel everyone comes together."

What was your hardest year academically?

"Junior year. It was such a bad year. It was a really hard. There were a lot of AP's. State testing sucks."

When is the best time to start looking for colleges?

"I think you should really start getting down to the nitty gritty of it the summer before your senior year. When you start entering senior year, you can start asking for letter of recommendation's. You'll have a good couple of months to fill out the applications before you start admitting."

What are school dances like? Specifically prom?

"I can't really answer that one. I was just hanging out with friends."

What was your hardest year academically?

"Definitely junior year because in terms of college, that is sometimes the specific year they are really looking at. You want to add a lot of rigorous courses. Thats where people tend to take a lot of AP classes and it is a lot to maintain that balance of work. State testing was on top of all of that too."
