The St. Davids Ratepayers Association (SDRA) is a non-profit organization based in St. Davids Ontario, a beautiful and historic village in the municipality of Niagara-On-The-Lake, Ontario, Canada.
Did you know that less than 5% of our residents are currently members of the St Davids Ratepayers Association? That means the vast majority of voices in our community aren’t being heard on the issues that matter most — from local development and traffic safety to green space, developments, and our increasing property taxes.
By joining the St Davids Ratepayer Association, you're not just supporting your community — you're helping to shape its future. Membership gives you a say in decisions that directly affect your home, your family, and your quality of life.
The more members we have, the stronger our voice. Be part of a growing movement to protect and improve our community. It takes just a few minutes to join, but your impact could last for generations.
Join today — because our community needs you! Email admin@stdavidsratepayers.ca for further information.
The next SDRA meeting is on August 19th at 7pm at the St. Davids Lion Club. If you are an active SDRA member, or looking to join the SDRA, please feel free to attend.
We just recently announced a new online space for the St. Davids Community to come together.

Over the last number of months many of our community members have expressed great frustration and deep reservations about the handling of the overcapacity issue at St. Davids Public School. To our knowledge, a meaningful and long-term solution—for example initiating a boundary review with Crossroads Public School—has not been undertaken to date.
We are troubled by the perceived lack of action and communication, particularly considering that the Board’s own 2023 Long-Term Accommodation Plan identified this very issue: that St. Davids would remain overcapacity while Crossroads would remain
under capacity, with the discrepancy projected to increase in the future.

We encourage residents of St. Davids to get involved in our community. The SDRA is a non-profit, community-based organization that represents the interests of local property owners and residents.
We aim to preserve and enhance the quality of life in our community through active participation in planning decisions, infrastructure improvements, and ensuring responsible spending and transparency in municipal budgets and tax increases.
