Classes are shared by schedule.
Here are the steps to make sure your student shows up:
First, make sure your registrar has added the student to the correct class in eSchool, as well as the student's email.
There are some exceptions, but generally your Homebase class (in elementary) or your language arts class (DTSOI and middle school)
Then wait overnight for the data to sync.
If this doesn't work, go to your building tech and ask them to see if the student has been archived (they can find it under their staff login).
Sometimes Clever and Lexia get out of sync, and it needs to be fixed by hand. If this happens, we have to fix it by hand.
If the student hasn't been archived and was in your class in eSchool yesterday, create a ticket.
