Alternative Methods of Instruction (AMI) days are days in which students participate in at-home lessons instead of attending a school building. AMI days are used when exceptional or emergency circumstances occur, allowing the school district to not extend the school year.

At-home assignments are due the day students return to school and are used to determine a student’s attendance. Students who do not completed their assignments will be marked absent for that day. (For Marshallese, click here.)
