Intro to Fitness is an entry-level course focused on building basic strength, fitness, and healthy exercise habits. Students participate in structured strength training two days per week, complemented by cardiovascular conditioning and fitness-based activities. The course emphasizes proper technique, safety, goal setting, and personal accountability while helping students develop confidence, consistency, and an understanding of lifelong fitness and wellness.
