Health Enhancement is a comprehensive course focused on developing students’ physical, mental, and social well-being. Through units on fitness, nutrition, stress management, substance use prevention, and human growth and development, students examine how personal choices impact overall health. The course emphasizes responsible decision-making, healthy lifestyles, and skills that support lifelong wellness, in alignment with Montana Health Enhancement Content Standards.
