CrossFit is a high-intensity fitness course focused on developing strength, endurance, agility, and overall functional fitness. Students participate in constantly varied workouts that combine weightlifting, cardiovascular training, and bodyweight movements. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, safety, scalability for all fitness levels, and personal accountability while fostering mental toughness, teamwork, and lifelong fitness habits.
