Athletic Foundations is an introductory strength and fitness course designed to build a foundation for long-term athletic development. Students participate in structured strength training three days per week, along with conditioning, movement skills, and injury-prevention fundamentals. Emphasis is placed on proper technique, safety, and developing confidence in the weight room while promoting personal responsibility, consistent effort, and lifelong fitness habits.
