Distribution & Collection Information
Distribution: Devices and accessories are passed out on the first day of school to all students or upon arrival if a new student during the school year. Students and/or a parent or guardian must sign the Required Use Agreement (RUA) prior to receiving a district-issued device.
Collection: Devices and accessories are collected for the summer each year. They will be collected during the last week of school (typically, the last day of student attendance) by homeroom teachers.

Google Apps for Education
Students have access to G Suite for Education, an online suite of productivity tools. Teachers and students are provided accounts with varying levels of rights. Users can create and share collaborative presentations, documents, spreadsheets and drawings. Students also have access to Gmail, Google's email system. Student email is limited to communicating with teachers and other students within the District 44 domain; personal and outside emails are restricted.
