• Text-to-speech to hear words, passages, or whole documents read aloud with easy-to-follow dual color highlighting

• With speech-to-text, dictate words to assist with writing, proofreading & studying
• Word prediction offers suggestions for the current or next word as you type
• Collect highlights from text in documents or the web for summarizing and research
• Create and listen to voice notes directly inside of Google Docs
• Simplify and summarize text on web pages to remove ads and other copy that can be distracting

Getting Started With Purple Puzzle Piece (Read&Write for Google).
Click the purple puzzle piece in your extension bar to use, or hide, the Read&Write toolbar and choose login with Google. You can click and drag the toolbar to move it to a different location on the screen. Click on a feature icon to use it. Click again to disable it. Simply click on the purple puzzle piece at any time, on webpages, using Docs, or Word Online and the menu toolbar will appear!

Click the OrbitNote icon in your extension bar and choose login with Google. You are now ready to start! Simply choose the pdf you want to use and it will open it with a toolbar at the top that will allow you to annotate, highlight, text to speech and speech to text on the PDF.

OrbitNote is an extension that works with Read&Write to help you make digital documents accessible and actionable, while demonstrating and giving feedback in multiple formats. It’s a great tool to boost productivity, connections and collaboration!
Open digital documents in Google Drive, OneDrive, on the web app, in your LMS (Google Classroom and Schoology), or on your local device, then use OrbitNote to:
• Read text, including math & science equations, aloud with easy-to-follow dual color highlighting
• Type text on top of your PDFs with the Text feature
• Highlight and extract information with colored highlighters
• Add text and voice comments or use pushpins for helpful hints or instructions
