Hello everyone! My name is Miss Makee, however, I go by Miss M., and I am so excited to be your child's first grade teacher this year. This is my second year teaching and first year working at Whitney. I graduated from John Carroll University with my undergraduate degree in early childhood education. I recently completed my reading endorsement from Ohio Dominican University.

On a personal level, I am from Chesterland, Ohio, but just moved to North Royalton to be closer to school. In my spare time, I love being with my family and friends! I have a younger brother, Jack, and a dog, Winnie. I have been dating my boyfriend, Mr. Daniel, for over five years now. Additionally, I enjoy exploring and travelling to new places (when a pandemic is not happening!). My favorite place to travel to is Disney World. I also like to cook/bake, workout, and craft.

I am so excited to be your child's teacher this year! I can't wait to take on this crazy year together!
