My name is Shane Goodpasture and I am your Spanish teacher this semester or year! I am very excited about this journey through the Spanish language and culture of Spanish-speaking countries. Two very necessary things for this class are an open mind and positive attitude. The world awaits--let's GO!

Expectaciones en la clase
Preparación (Preparation)
Always be on time to class and prepared to work once the bell rings. Come to class with your Chromebook, binder, textbook, pen/pencil every day unless told otherwise. Please have all assignments completed before class starts.
Actitud (Attitude)
Please have a positive attitude in this class. Negativity towards teachers, students, this class, etc. will not be tolerated. A positive attitude creates a positive learning environment. I will do everything I can to help you but you have to help yourself first!
Respeto (Respect)
Respect your classmates, teacher, and classroom. Pay attention when others are talking and if you have a question, just raise your hand and I will call on you. Do not use hurtful language towards or about another person. We’re all learning a foreign language and we will all make mistakes. We’re all human and we will all undoubtedly have bad days. That’s ok—just don’t let a bad day ruin Spanish class or someone else’s day.
