There are a number of other badges that can be earnt during your Scouting journey.
Below are the most common badges however the badges are not limited to just those listed.
Camper Award - 10 Nights
This award is for Joey Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturer Scouts and Rover Scouts
Walkabout Award - 10km, 50km, 100km, 150km, 200km, 300km & 400km
This award is for Joey Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturer Scouts and Rover Scouts.
First Aid
While an individual’s qualifications remain valid, Scouts Australia’s First Aid Badge may be worn at the bottom of the right sleeve on the uniform by youth members and leaders who hold a current First Aid qualification from any approved provider to current Australian Resuscitation Council Standards.
The badge is worn on the lower right sleeve alongside other special interest badges.
Landcare
The Landcare Badge is a multi-sectional badge, originally introduced to encourage youth members to participate in local Landcare Projects.
The Landcare Badge is one of seven Special Interest badges. In order to achieve the Grey Wolf Award, the Cub Scout will need to obtain one of the seven Badges. How is it worn? On the lower right sleeve, below the Achievement Badges. If more than one Special Interest Badge is earned, the badges should form a neat row.
Language Emblem
This award is for Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturer Scouts and Rover Scouts.
If you are sufficiently qualified in any language or languages as well as in English, you may wear an emblem on the flap of the pocket on the shirt indicating the language or languages spoken.
Scout Wings
This award is for Venturer Scouts and Rover Scouts.
Their Service - Our Heritage
This is an annual achievement badge for all youth members, with each new 12 month period commencing on Anzac Day on 25th April.
The 2021 badge is a new style fitting alongside the other Additional Award badges.
Each year is a different colour.
The badge should be worn only during the year in which it was presented (up to April 24 of the following year) and is to be worn on the right sleeve as a Additional Award badge.
The Duke of Edinburgh's Award (Bronze)
This award is for Venturer Scouts and Rover Scouts.
The Duke of Edinburgh award badge is a specialist badge, worn on right sleeve, and is earned through the Duke of Edinburgh award scheme outside Scouting.
Youth members may wear the highest level of the award they have achieved (bronze, silver or gold). Adult members may only wear the Gold award if they have achieved it at sometime in their past. Adult members may not wear the bronze or silver levels.

Messengers of Peace
Scouts do good turns and help others because it is part of the Scout Promise and Law. It is also because it is nice to help others and to make a difference, even if it is only a small action.
Whenever we are kind to people we send a message of love and peace, making a difference to the recipients and also ourselves. It just feels good.
Remember: some of your Special Interest Area projects may also qualify as Messengers of Peace projects.
Mental Health
This award is for Venturer Scouts and Rover Scouts.
As a Scout, you may wear the Mental Health First Aid badge on your uniform once you have been assessed as competent in an industry recognised mental health first aid course. This course must be delivered by an approved mental health first aid provider.
SES
The SES badge may be earned through engagement with the SES.
The requirements for each section will vary, with sustained engagement required of members in the Venturer Scout and Rover Scout sections.
International Ambassador Badge
This badge is issued to any registered member of Scouts Australia who travels overseas as a part of a National Contingent or Branch Friendship Tour or upon approval of an International Letter of Introduction. Upon their return from overseas, the member shall deliver a report or presentation of their experience to other members of their Unit, Scout Group or local community.
Champions for Nature Challenge
This award is for Joey Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturer Scouts and Rover Scouts.
Tide Turners Plastic Challenge
This award is for Joey Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturer Scouts and Rover Scouts.
Scouts Go Solar Challenge
This award is for Joey Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturer Scouts and Rover Scouts.
Harmony Day
This award is for Joey Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturer Scouts and Rover Scouts.
This is a new design each year
Rover Shoulder Knot & Metal Badge
The Shoulder Knot and Metal Service Badge are presented on the Investiture of the Rover
This award is for Joey Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturer Scouts and Rover Scouts.
Years of Service
This award is for Joey Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturer Scouts and Rover Scouts.
The Service Badge is section specific and indicates the number of years a member has been in that section.
Bring A Friend
This award is for Joey Scouts, Cub Scouts, Scouts, Venturer Scouts and Rover Scouts.
