For the Students

Sinners was an amazing movie. The cinematography & music is what really pulled me in. And the fact that I love any southern movie. Sinners has big stars such as Michael B Jordan, Hailee Steinfeld, Jack O´Connell, and Wunmi Mosaku. They all performed and showed what they needed to do. Truly, I see a Grammy in this movie's future, whether it's for cinematography, music, or the actors themselves. They deserve it. Directed by Ryan Coogler (who also directed Black Panther) he truly showed that he is THAT director. This movie has it all. Comedy, music, exceptional acting/storyline, and that emotional depth. So please, if you have a chance, go see Sinners in theaters!!! 5/5 on Letterboxd.
