Fall - Styled Bruschetta:
A simple and tasty appetizer to meet your dinner table, for this recipe you will need the following ingredients:
Baguette
Garlic Instructions
Goat Cheese 1) Preheat the oven to 400F
1 Pack of Prosciutto 2) Cut the baguette into 1-inch pieces
Pear 3)Toast the pieces of bread for about
Hot Honey 7-10 minutes until golden brown
Parsley 4)Rub a garlic clove along the piece of
toast
5) Assemble the bruschetta, starting
with the goat cheese then slowly
incorporating the other ingredients
Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Apples
Healthy and simple fall appetizer dish, perfect to serve on Thanksgiving.
Ingredients:
Sweet potatoes
Apples
Salted butter
Maple syrup
Instructions:
Cube the sweet potatoes and toss them with melted butter and sea salt. Then, roast the sweet potatoes until golden brown (15-20 min).
While the sweet potatoes are baking, toss the apples with coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon in a large bowl until well combined.
Remove sweet potatoes from the oven and then add the rest of the ingredients to the pan, stir till combined.
Spread the sweet potatoes and apples evenly in the pan and wait till they brown nicely.
Remove the pan from the oven until the sweet potatoes and apples are browned and the maple syrup has caramelized.
Serve immediately! Enjoy!

Beef Pot Roast
A roast with aromatic and warm spices to match the season!
Ingredients:
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil
3 ½ pounds of Beef Chuck pot roast
1 teaspoon of black pepper
Salt to taste
1 cup diced carrot
1 cup diced celery
1 whole onion
¼ cup butter
Onion powder
Garlic powder
Dried Thyme
Dried Oregano
Parsley
Smoked Paprika
Yellow Potatoes
Beef Broth
Tomato paste
Garlic
Flour
Bay leaves
Instructions:
Gather ingredients; Preheat oven to 275F
Heat an oven-safe pot, drizzling the olive oil
Once heated generously season the chuck roast
Cook until roast if browned on both sides ( Be sure to not overcook to avoid dryness)
Remove chuck roast from pan and add in the onions and garlic
Add butter and cook till translucent
Add in tomato, pasta and flour
Deglaze with red-wine; stir well
Add in beef broth
Add dried thyme and bay leaves
Put in the roast beef as well as the carrots, celery, potatoes and season to taste
Put the pot into the oven and cook till tender or about 3 hours

Cozy Autumn Wild Rice Soup:
A hearty and delicious soup, perfect for the fall!
Ingredients:
Wild rice or any type of rice you prefer.
Vegetable stock or chicken stock
Autumn veggies: sweet potato, carrots, celery, onion, mushrooms and garlic.
Old Bay seasoning
Coconut milk
Greens: fresh kale, baby spinach, collard greens, and more to your liking
Salt and Pepper
Instructions:
Cook the base of the soup. Simmer the veggies and rice in the broth until the rice is completely tender.
Add in coconut milk and kale. Once the rice is ready to go, stir in the coconut milk and kale until combined. Then season with salt and pepper.
Serve! This soup goes nicely with some crusty bread and a simple green salad.
Pumpkin Pie with a Simple Homemade Caramel Pecan topping
An absolute must-have delicious dessert to have during the fall!
Ingredients:
1 9-inch Homemade pie crust
¾ granulated sugar
1 teaspoon ground sugar
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon ground ginger
¼ teaspoon ground cloves
2 large eggs
15 ounce canned pumpkin or pumpkin puree
12 ounce evaporated milk
For the Pecan Topping:
½ cup light brown sugar
2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon light corn syrup
1 tablespoon butter
½ cup chopped pecans
½ teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Beat the eggs and canned pumpkin together in a bowl.
In a separate bowl, combine sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves.
Combine the two mixtures.
Add evaporated milk.
Pour the mixture into an unbaked pie shell.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes, to set the crust.
After, reduce the temperature to 350 and bake for 40-50 min, until set.
Serve!
(optional) Caramel Pecan Topping:
In a saucepan, add brown sugar, cream, corn syrup, and butter over medium high heat.
Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for about 5 minutes and sir frequently.
Remove from heat and stir in chopped pecans and vanilla. Topping will thicken as it cools.

Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls
Ingredients
⅓ cup milk
2 tablespoon of sugar
2 ¼ teaspoons of active yeast
½ canned pumpkin
2 tablespoons of melted butter
1 tablespoon of pumpkin spice
½ teaspoon of salt
¼ teaspoon of nutmeg
1 beaten egg
2 cups of bread flour (AP flour makes it a bit heavier)
Filling:
2 tablespoons of melted butter
½ cup brown sugar
2 teaspoon of cinnamon
Caramel Frosting:
¼ cup butter
½ cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons milk
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice seasoning
¾ cup powdered sugar
Dash of salt
Instructions:
Warm milk until it reaches 115F; Combine milk with sugar and yeast, cover mix with towel and wait about 5 minutes until it starts bubbling and foaming
Mix pumpkin, butter, pumpkin pie spice, salt and nutmeg
Add beaten egg and yeast-milk mixture
Add flour gradually, mix on low speed until fully combined and soft
Cover dough with towel and let sit for about 1 hour
Punch dough down and spray a surface down with cooking oil
Knead and roll dough into 14x10 inch rectangle
Brush dough with melted butter
Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle evenly throughout dough
Begin to roll cinnamon rolls (with long side)
Cut 12, 1 inch pieces then place onto oiled tray (11x17) or (9x13)
Cover for about 30-45 minutes
Bake rolls for about 15-20 minutes
Melt butter; stir in brown sugar and milk on low heat for about 1 minute
Cool the mixture and add in vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, powdered sugar and salt
Mix ( add milk if mix too thick)
Add frosting to rolls
