HOW DID THE ILLUMINATI BEGIN ?
The Illuminati has become one of the world's greatest conspiracy theories. It began as a secret group that was founded in 1776 in Bavaria by Adam Weishaupt who was a professor of law at the University of Ingolstadt. He wanted a better government and society. He believed that “The monarchy and the church were repressing freedom of thought.” The group is known for opposing superstition, religious influence and abuse of power. The word “Illuminati” in Latin means “enlightened.” Weishaupt based his society on Freemasons, pecking order and mysterious rituals. That’s the reason he called the group “The Illuminati” so they can enlighten the ambitious ideas of the members included. However in the end Weishaupt was banished from Ingolstadt and lived the rest of his life in Germany.
In modern times, the term “Illuminati" has been co-opted by various conspiracy theories that claim a secret, powerful elite group controls world events. These theories often lack credible evidence, however majority people think it is true and not totally unrealistic.
CELEBRITIES INVOLVED
There are often rumors about various celebrities being part of the Illuminati. However none of these are 100% confirmed and some celebrities even deny the allegations. But some of the names that frequently come up in these conspiracy theories include:
- Beyonce - Katy Perry
- Jay Z - Miley Cyrus
- Rihanna - Travis Scott
- Madonna - Chrissy Tiegen
- Lady Gaga -Kesha
These celebrities are often associated with the Illuminati in conspiracy theories because of their immense influence, wealth, and success. People sometimes interpret their use of certain symbols like, hand gestures, and lyrics as evidence of secret society membership. Some celebrities even mention the Illuminati in their songs, however the majority of people don’t think much of it. Some other things that are associated with the illuminati is the all-seeing eye in a triangle that can be found on a US bill and the number 666.The idea that specific people are in the Illuminati is part of various conspiracy theories, but there’s no credible evidence to support these claims. However, the Illuminati allegedly influences world events, media and government often working behind the scenes. They essentially want to take control and have power over everything and even everyone. For example theories have linked the Illuminati to multiple historical events like the French Revolution, the assasination of John F. Kennedy and the 9/11 terrorist attacks.Being in the Illuminati can alter one’s life in a positive and negative way but the people that become members usually look past the negative because they crave what the beneficial side has to offer. Celebrities join because they want to gain as much power and influence on people and keep their success for as long as possible. But is it really worth the sacrifices they make?
