On April 10, 2024, Mrs.Mendoza led students on a trip to the Fashion Institute of Technology as an opportunity and/or an idea for students to think about for their future career, such as majoring in Art, Technology, etc. 

F.I.T (also known as Fashion Institute of Technology) is a college which mainly focuses on art, business, design, mass communication, and the technology which connects the fashion industry.

The Acceptance Rate of F.I.T is 55% for first time AAS applicants, and more than 10% of their students come from outside the U.S. representing over 70 countries worldwide. 

Costs With/Without Financial Aid

Average cost after aid is $8,985

-Aid includes grants and scholarships from the institution, state, and federal government

For a full-time NY State resident student entering in Fall 2024 the Average cost without aid is $7,418.

The Museum at FIT's permanent collection - the majority of which are on display for the first time - and features the works of renowned designers such as Balenciaga, Tom Ford, Schiaparelli, and Vivienne Westwood.
