Is Santa real? There is a controversial discussion on whether parents should tell their kids that Santa is real. People tell their kids that Santa is real to keep the Christmas spirit alive and to make the holidays more fun and magical. Some on the other hand believe that we should not lie to our kids and instead tell them the truth. Now, even though this topic is not a serious world issue, it is definitely something to think about because we are the next future parents of this generation if some do decide to have kids.
Some good reasons to tell kids that Santa is real is to encourage their imagination. Believing in Santa nurtures their sense of magic and possibility.
