Grand Theft Auto 6

With GTA 6 now confirmed, the hype for the long running game series is undoubtedly the highest it’s ever been. The YouTube video for the trailer is currently sitting at 192 million views being the most viewed video on the Rockstar Games YouTube channel surpassing the trailer for GTA 5. The upcoming GTA 6 will be taking place in Vice City, the fictional version of Miami Florida in the GTA franchise. But now Rockstar will be bringing it to the 4D universe just like with Liberty City and San Andreas. Like GTA 5 which features 3 main protagonists, 6 will feature 2 main protagonists named Jason and Lucia who are a nod to Bonnie and Clyde. Once again like with GTA 3, Vice City, San Andreas, and 5, GTA 6 is looking to be a game changer for both the franchise and gaming in general. With extremely realistic looking graphics, character designs, a wider variety of animals, a bigger map, more accessibility to buildings in game, and most importantly of all we’ll be getting our very first female main protagonist in Lucia.

    But despite the trailer dropping and the long wait of over 10 years for the next GTA installment, at the very end of the trailer it’s revealed that GTA 6 won’t be here until 2025. And as of recently more updates reveal that it may get delayed until 2026. This is of course due to gameplay footage leaks and current issues going on at Rockstar. Hopefully GTA 6 will arrive sometime in the near future and exceed the standards we’re expecting similar to GTA 5.
