Welcome to the Middle School Career Exploration & Advising Resource Hub—your central location for everything you need to successfully implement the Middle School Career Exploration & Advising Pilot throughout the 2026–2027 school year.

The Hub has been designed to support your school team before, during, and after the Summer Onboarding. As implementation progresses, we will continue adding resources, guidance, and tools to help your team plan, implement, and sustain a high-quality career exploration and advising experience for every student.

Inside this Hub, you'll find:

• Implementation Playbook – Step-by-step guidance for launching and sustaining the pilot at your school.

• School Implementation Workbook – Your team's living planning document for implementation, coaching, and continuous improvement.

• Curriculum Resources – Lesson materials, facilitator guides, student handouts, presentation slides, differentiation supports, extension activities, and ENL resources.

• Digital Advising Resources – Information and training materials for Xello and other approved digital advising tools.

• Google Classroom – Access to additional curriculum materials, updates, and implementation resources.

• Professional Learning Materials – Summer onboarding presentations, facilitator resources, recordings, and future professional learning opportunities.

• Career-Connected Learning Resources – Information to support partnerships, career-connected experiences, and student exposure opportunities.

• Templates & Planning Tools – Implementation planning templates, communication resources, inventories, and additional planning documents.

• Announcements & Updates – Important reminders, new resources, and upcoming professional learning opportunities from the Office of Student Pathways.

As you navigate the Hub, we encourage you to revisit these resources regularly. This space will continue to evolve throughout the school year as we respond to school feedback, share promising practices, and provide additional supports to strengthen implementation.

Together, we are building a system where every middle school student has meaningful opportunities to explore their interests, discover future possibilities, and make informed decisions about high school and beyond.

This onboarding is more than a professional learning session—it's a collaborative working experience. Throughout the day, your school team will deepen its understanding of the pilot, hear directly from current pilot schools, explore the student experience across grades 6–8, and work together to develop a customized implementation plan that reflects your school's unique context.
