Arnhold Dance Teacher Support Program

Overview

Jody Arnhold, founder of the Dance Education Laboratory (DEL) at 92NY, is a dance educator and advocate whose foundation supports dance education. The Arnhold Foundation provides a variety of supports for new dance teachers in their first, second and third years of teaching in New York City public schools. This visionary model of support has been replicated in other programs across the city.

Eligibility

• New first-year teachers in public or charter schools in New York City

• Teachers new to the DOE who may have taught elsewhere before, but have not participated in the Arnhold Program before
