Purpose:
The test is designed to identify students struggling with recognizing and spelling words. It is NOT meant to be the sole measure of making eligibility or placement decisions.
What is it?
Measures the ability to spell both regular and irregular words in the English Language.
Versions:
Elementary: ages 7 through 11 in grades 2 through 5
Secondary: ages 11 through 18 in grades 6 through 12
