Curricular Expansion
During the year 2022-2023, we expanded the existing City of Fury curriculum to include additional engineering opportunities, such as building a robotic crane and a hand crank conveyer belt, creating structures on which to mount green roofs, and utilizing solar energy to feed power to the mock green roofs. The 2022-2023 school year was also the inaugral year for the new Solar Flare curriculum, designed for third graders to learn information about sustainable and renewable energy sources. Additional media, such as instructional videos and revised building instructions.
