Fire Arcade – Terms and Conditions of Use
Effective Date: 15/7/2025
Last Updated: 23/7/2025
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Fire Arcade website (the “Site”), including all associated messaging features, direct messages (“DMs”), server tools, and chat interfaces. By using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree, you must not use the Site.
We reserve the right to update, amend, or revise these Terms at any time without notice. Changes are effective immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Site following changes constitutes a binding agreement to the updated Terms.
You may access and use Fire Arcade solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial entertainment and communication purposes. Use of messaging tools must remain respectful, non-abusive, and compliant with all site rules. Users are expected to communicate in good faith and avoid content or behavior that may harm others or disrupt the experience of other users.
In addition to previously listed restrictions, users may not:
Send inappropriate, abusive, or profane messages or usernames;
Spam or flood chats with repetitive messages, scripts, or automation;
Attempt to evade bans or restrictions by creating new accounts or using alternate PINs;
Impersonate other users or staff, including by using names like “Admin” or “Lucas Schappi”;
Exploit or guess passwords, including the master password, or access unauthorized admin tools;
Brute-force server passwords, misuse /server or /teacher commands, or otherwise interfere with server management;
Inject, tamper with, or manipulate site code, message inputs, or hidden scripts;
Misrepresent the privacy of DMs or use “jokes” as a defense for policy violations;
Send or request inappropriate, illegal, or personally sensitive content through messaging features;
Use messaging systems for harassment, intimidation, or targeted bullying;
Manipulate or coerce users using private message access, including false claims of friendship, blackmail, or impersonation.
Violations may result in account suspension, IP bans, message deletion, removal of access to chat features, or further legal or administrative action.
Usernames may not:
Mimic staff or admin accounts;
Pretend to represent another individual without consent;
Be used to harass, threaten, or deceive other users.
False claims of friendship, affiliation, or authority may result in moderation or restrictions.
All users are responsible for protecting their account credentials. If a user gains unauthorized access to another account through password guessing or PIN duplication, that access will be revoked and investigated.
The use of the master password is strictly limited to site administration. Any use outside official purposes is a violation of these Terms.
Messages, including DMs, may be stored for moderation, moderation review, or historical display. While DMs are private from other users, they are not guaranteed to be private from administrators if misuse is suspected.
By using messaging features, you consent to message storage for safety, accountability, and operational purposes.
You understand that:
Private messages may be viewed by moderators when content violations are reported or suspected;
Content deemed harmful, threatening, illegal, or disruptive may be flagged, logged, or removed;
Deletion of messages may not remove them from all backups or moderation records.
Claims such as “I thought it was private” or “It was just a joke” will not be accepted as defenses against conduct violations.
Users may be warned, muted, or banned for violating any provision of these Terms. Ban appeals may be reviewed at the operator’s discretion.
Common complaints including “I was banned for no reason,” or “Why can’t I say ___” will be reviewed in the context of intent, prior behaviour, and potential harm to the platform or others.
Repeat or severe violations may result in:
Permanent removal of messaging access;
Reporting to relevant authorities in the case of illegal content;
Full IP or device bans from Fire Arcade services.
Fire Arcade may limit or restrict features for reasons of safety, security, or monetization. This includes:
Server creation restrictions;
Required re-entry of access passwords;
Deliberate interface choices to prevent misuse (e.g., hidden or limited admin features).
Teacher-masking features like “/teacher” or fake redirect pages are part of the system and are not deceptive when used as intended to reduce visibility in regulated environments.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Site is operated. Disputes shall be resolved under applicable civil or digital communication laws.
Users are strictly prohibited from reporting or disclosing the existence or nature of Fire Arcade to individuals or institutions likely to impose access restrictions. This includes, but is not limited to, teachers, administrators, IT personnel, and web filtering services.
Violators may be permanently banned, fined up to AUD $500, or referred for legal or administrative enforcement.
All inquiries regarding these Terms, including takedown notices or requests for clarification, should be directed to: Lucas@Schappi.com.
