CURRENT BOARD MEMBERS FOR 2025:

Board President – Jeanne Smith.   

Duties include organizing and supporting the Directors, yearly planning strategies and budgeting. 

Treasurer/Vice President – Phyllis Buchbinder.                                                                                                                                                Duties include managing Board business to maintain budget standing, supporting the Directors with data to maintain a comprehensive budgeting process, ensuring all expenses are paid timely and supporting our Accounting firm, Attorney and Insurance Agent as needed. Performs duties of the President in the absence of the President. 

Board Secretary - Karen Warren.  

Duties include maintaining Board records and correspondence, billing and collections for Access Control on damages, etc. Maintain meeting notices, minutes and letters to residents as required.

Board Access Control Director –Temporary - Stuart Rosner and Jeanne Smith.  Manage and oversee the Security (Access Control) company and its operations to ensure personnel are maintaining the security (access control) to Golden Lakes Village standards. Manage the collection process and gate repair technicians for cost efficiency. 

Board Maintenance Director – Stuart Rosner - Manage and maintain the areas of operations that Master Corp. is responsible for. The two main roads; landscaping at front island and Skees entrance; sprinkler system at front island; FPL lighting on two main roads; seasonal decor at the front and Skees entrance areas; drains, gatehouse maintenance and general maintenance control of common area property. 

Board Lakes and Wetlands Director– Karen Warren - Manage and maintain (within budget limitations) the pristine conditions of our "Lakes and Waters" to State of Florida wetlands standards and regulations. Maintain control of our wildlife and flora to native Florida species according to State and safety regulations up to and including nuisance Animal Traffic control.
