I am delighted to be a part of your child's educational team here at St. Croix Central Elementary.

____

I received my Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with a minor in Communicative Disorders and an emphasis in Early Childhood from the University of Wisconsin - River Falls. After graduation, I worked as a behavioral therapist that provided ABA services to children and families throughout St. Croix County. I joined my amazing team here at SCC in 2015 as a Special Education Paraprofessional where I made the decision to continue my education and become a teacher. I now have an Early Childhood Special Education License and Cross Categorical Special Education License. I feel that we should never stop learning new things, ideas and concepts so I am actively working on a Master's Degree in Education through St. Mary's University!

____

I grew up in River Falls, WI and have stayed in the area because of the small town feel and wonderful communities in Western Wisconsin. I now live in New Richmond with my husband Mike and our two dogs, Hazel and Riley. When I am not at school I like to spend my time with family and friends, reading, attempting to cook and bake, watching Mike on the ball field or relaxing on the couch with the dogs.

I am looking forward to the adventure this year with all of my students. Together, we can provide the best support possible for your child to be successful. I cannot wait to celebrate all of the gains, big or small, that we experience this year at SCC!
