Hi, my name is Brad Holzer.  I am the 7th grade social studies teacher here at the St. Croix Central Middle School.  I graduated from Winona State University in 1998 with a BS in Elementary Education.  I taught in Durand before coming home to Central in 2001.  I am also the varsity wrestling coach at the high school and 8th grade football coach here at the middle school.

I live in Hammond, WI, with my wife, Ali, and our three boys, Tadan, Teague, and Trennon.

Welcome to the 7th grade social studies home page.  This page will be devoted to everything that pertains to our 7th grade social studies curriculum and activities through out the year.  As a 7th grade social studies student you will focus three major areas of study: Civics, Current Events and Financial Literacy.  At the end of the course you should have gained a new appreciation for how all three of these are related and intertwine to create the world that we live in.
