I have been teaching German for over 15 years. I've lived in Tübingen, Konstanz, Leipzig, and Bochum, Germany. My goal is to take my students on an adventure through the world of German, to bridge the gaps between our cultures, and encourage students to explore the limitless power of their imaginations.
Every other summer I offer my students a trip to Germany. When we're not traveling to Germany, we travel to other countries. Next year we're going to Japan!
Students enjoy using props and puppets to act out scenes in German. I encourage my students to express themselves in ways that are fun and meaningful to them.
When I'm not teaching, I enjoy listening to music, painting, drawing, reading, and playing with my cats, Daniel and Jack, who like to make appearances in my lessons.
