SMS Intramurals Program

SMS Intramural Program:  

Generally held down in the “Center” near the Physical Education Facilities

​​The Intramural program will begin on September 13th and is available to all students in grades 6,7,8.  Intramurals will operate Tuesday through Friday from 2:40-3:25 in Gym C and the fitness center.  Students may attend any of the days and are not required to stay for the entire session.  Activities include a supervised open gym for basketball, ping pong, badminton, and a supervised fitness center that includes aerobic and weight resistance equipment.    

*Late buses leave at 3:40 and are available for students who are eligible for District-provided transportation.*

• Students may participate in any Intramural activity on a drop in basis Tuesday through Friday.

• Activities offered:

• Open Basketball

• Badminton/Ping Pong

• Fitness Center

• Study Room-Library classroom

• Other activities may be offered throughout the year.
