PD and Eval
Frontline's Professional Development & Evaluation application (a.k.a. My Learning Plan) is a web-based professional development management system that will enable you to track your PD activities, and administrators to manage and monitor activity approvals, participation, and award payment or credit. This year, we will also be using PD & Eval for observations, Option A proposals and submission, and other components of the APPR and PPR process. Below is a short list of the tasks accomplished
- Tracking and awarding of STI course stipends and credits
- PD Grant approvals, tracking, and reimbursement
- Other conference activities (approvals, tracking, payment/reimbursement)
- PD hour tracking
- Observations and evaluations

Please access the resources below in order to learn how to log in and access your MLP account, and more. Keep in mind, as with any new system, there will be unanticipated hiccups and frustrations. However, it is our belief that, in the long run, MLP will be a time-saving convenience for you. One such example will be submitting credits for salary advancement, something you will eventually be able to do from inside MLP.
