WHAT I DO
With humble beginnings starting as an intern, I have since been promoted twice and have developed tremendously.
I notably improved social media engagement across all platforms by managing campaigns and ensuring that all team deliverables maintained high-quality brand standards. Increasing Instagram followers by 352% and increasing the monthly average Facebook views from 37 to 254k.
I also successfully led the development of the digital newsletter, increasing its views by 92%, boosting email open rates by 65% (51% above industry average), and receiving consistent positive feedback from the target audience. This experience refined my ability to craft compelling stories and convey complex information in an engaging manner. I work directly with the Director of Communications, developing content and managing the editorial calendar for GSAPP's social media platforms. As well as assist in training new interns.
KXSH Media, LLC is a multi-media company servicing 100+ external clients annually.
In this contract position, I collaborated directly with the founder on various projects and events, assisting with content creation, filming, and client outreach. I played a key role in recruiting and booking new clients through field outreach, networking, and strategic content planning.
During this role, I refined my tactical skills in photography, videography, and design, utilizing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop. I also leveraged analytics and trend research to inform my content strategy, ensuring that campaigns resonated with the target audience and aligned with the competitive landscape.
I advanced from intern to psychometrist, where I work directly with clients across various age demographics (4 to 65), administering neuropsychological, psychological, and academic assessments. In collaboration with a team of neuropsychologists, I document detailed behavioral observations and compile statistical test data to support accurate evaluations.
To improve efficiency, I developed training videos, streamlined Google Drive organization, and trained new interns and staff on proper test administration and scoring procedures.
Each day is meaningful, knowing that my work helps clients access the support they need and gain greater clarity about the challenges they face. Leading with compassionate communication, I am equipped to handle conflicts or issues in a professional and empathetic manner.
I assisted in research on cognitive development and infant numeral reasoning by administering experimental protocols at the Liberty Science Center, testing up to 15 children per session.
I recruited participants through tabling and direct engagement, using creative strategies to spark interest, build excitement, and encourage participation. I also collected and coded data for multiple research projects using applications such as Datavyu, as well as conducting literature reviews of related research articles to support ongoing studies.
