Returning Students: Registration emails will come out by the end of July. You'll receive an email from Kobussen (no-reply@transfinder.com) with a link to register your student for the upcoming school year. If you have more than one student, you will have an email for each student. Your emails will likely stack and look like one email. Search each student's name and the email will show up in the search. If you do not have an email by Thursday, July 31st: first, double check your email address on file with the school district in your parent portal and spam. If you still can't find it, email kobussen@sbsdmail.net with the student(s) name(s) and the email you want the form sent. Route information will be emailed out Aug 27-28th. If you don't have your email by 2pm on Aug 28th, please email and we'll make sure you get the information. Any requests received between Monday, Aug 26- Tuesday, Sept 3rd will be processed in the order they are submitted and have a delayed response. No changes will be made to the routes until after school starts and will go into effect in order of receipt starting Thursday, Sept 4th.
New students: Once registration information is uploaded to our system by the district, the primary contact will receive an email from Kobussen (no-reply@transfinder.com) with a link to register your student for transportation or to decline transportation. There is one email per student. Please allow up to 3 business days once received to begin transportation. If we are able to accommodate it sooner, we'll contact you directly to move up the date.
Updating student transportation: If your student's transportation needs change, please email kobussen@sbsdmail.net with your student(s) name(s) and the email where you would like the form(s) sent. Lynn will email a form per student. Once this form is received, please allow 3 businesses days for the changes to go into effect. If your home address is changing, you must change your address with the school before we can update your transportation. You can submit your form ahead of time. Please note your start date will be delayed if the new address isn't submitted through the school. ALL changes requests made between Monday, Aug 25th through Thursday, Sept 4th will have a longer wait time. No changes during this time go into effect until Thurs, Sept 4th and will be addressed in the order requests are received prioritizing new students. You'll receive an email confirming the changes are made and the new route information when it is ready to go.
Students are permitted ONE additional stop besides their home address. We cannot accommodate more than one alternative stop. If your student's daily schedule between an afternoon program and home changes with class schedules, please communicate this to their teachers. If location changes, please see below.
St. Peters and St. John Bosco Registration: Please send an email for kobussen@sbsdmail.net with each students name, grade, and school they'll attend along with your name at the email address you want on file. You'll receive a registration form for each student that should be returned no later that Sunday, Aug 17th to begin riding the first day of school.
