Welcome to South Brunswick Elementary Remote Learning!

Students in Grades 2-5 must be logged into their
SB
STUDENTS.org Google Account to access the learning!

South Brunswick students will be learning from home every day while they’re away from school!

Beginning on Monday, April 27, we are including new content in both math and reading to move students forward...this will happen through instruction directly from the teacher!

We will continue to follow an A/B Day Schedule but with adjustments. Each day students will do the following:

  • Each A day, choose 1 activity from the Writing Activity List and choose a Specialist activity.

  • Each B day, choose 1 activity from the Science or Social Studies Activity List and choose a Specialist activity.

Math and Reading activities on this site will stay as an option for practice and/or enrichment, but will not be required.

Remember!
On Fun Fridays, students can also choose to attend a Virtual Special. The specialists offer virtual sessions each day. Ask your teacher or principal for the daily schedule.

Here are some basic school supplies your child may need to complete their assignments:

paper • pencils • crayons • scissors • glue/glue stick • internet access (optional) • electronic device (optional)

If your child does not have access to a device, please contact your child’s principal for a paper version:

Brunswick Acres - stacey.ta@sbschools.org
Cambridge - christi.pemberton@sbschools.org
Constable - pamela.hernandez@sbschools.org
Greenbrook - jodi.mahoney@sbschools.org
Indian Fields/Dayton - peter.rattien@sbschools.org
Monmouth Junction - cristina.vildostegui-cerra@sbschools.org

IMPORTANT! You do not need a printer to complete the remote learning work. If your child is able to access the online learning links, you should have them answer the questions on a separate sheet of paper. Please title the sheet of paper with the activity title.

Please know that we are not giving edit access to any of the activity lists, as we do not want the content of the documents to be changed. If your child wants to electronically enter the date of when an activity was completed, they can copy and paste the chart into a new Google document, Make a copy of the Google Document (Click File --> Make a Copy), or download the document as a Word document where you can then edit. (Click File --> Download --> Microsoft Word.) There is also the option to print and hand write the date in, if you have printing capabilities at home.

So... Let the learning begin! Please select your grade level below to get started.

Aside from the activities provided, spend time playing board games and card games, cooking together, telling stories, taking walks, riding bikes, and limit screen time.
