Holy Days was a captivating movie following the journey of a boy named Brian and three nuns. Brian visits the nuns daily while also coping with his mom's death and adapting to life with his new mom. He takes the opportunity to go with the nuns on an epic adventure when he hears that they might have to retire. The nuns show in many ways that they don’t want to retire, so this makes their journey even more important. In the end, Brian realizes that he should be grateful for the amazing people he has in his life.
We would highly recommend this movie to anyone. The movie's ups and downs make it a truly enjoyable watch for all ages. Even during the saddest moments of the movie, it always makes the crowd laugh seconds later, taking the audience on a rollercoaster of emotions.
This movie’s lesson is that when the people you love pass, they will always be in your heart, no matter what, and nobody can replace them, but that doesn't mean you should close yourself off to the amazing people you have in your life, and to never lose sight of what you need to be grateful for.
We rate this a 11/10.
