What do I do first?

Turn on the projector or interactive flat panel
Turn on the Document Camera (Black remote or power button on Doc Cam)
Flashing red on power button might occur but it will turn green
Log in to the laptop
Double click the “Sphere 2” icon on the desktop
Note: You can minimize this application and go back into it at any time.

Place the material you want to project under the document camera lens.
Maneuver the fully adjustable arm of the document camera as needed to fit your material
At the top of the application make sure Visualizer is selected

Pause - freezes screen
Eyeball - Auto focus
Magic wand - auto adjust
+ magnifier - zoom in
- magnifier - zoom out
Triangle right - rotation right
Triangle left - rotation left
Screen w/ hand - image adjustment (opens to another toolbar)
Outlined box w/pointer - Select tool
Red pen - Freehand writing
Blue pen - Highlighting
Line - Line creation
Big A/LIttle A - Text formatting
Shapes - Create shapes
Eraser - Erase
Paint brush - Clear all on screen
Palette - Change colors
Gray lines - line style
Blue arrow - undo
Gray arrow - redo
Red dot - recording
After recording is over, automatically makes it a video viewed through VLC player
Videos are stored in the media library (red box above)
Pause - pause
Microphone - mute voice
Video camera - slow-motion mode
Capture Toolbar (Polariod icon)
Camera - Capture entire image in the document camera application window
Camera w/HD - Capture high-quality image of whatever is in the document camera application window
Camera w/outline box - Capture image of your choosing using this tool
Camera with two white images - Capture continuous images of screens
Outlined box w/pointer - Select tool
