• How will teachers communicate with students and families/caregivers?

  • Aeries will be used to communicate with parents and families during regular school hours. (8:30 to 3:45)

• Do I need to have the Aeries app downloaded to receive messages? Do I need to be logged in to Aeries or my email to know if I have a message?

  • No, you do not need the Aeries app to receive messages. You will receive messages sent from Aeries Communicator according the preference you choose in the Parent portal of Aeries.

• If a message is received as a text, can I simply text back to respond to it?

  • Yes.

• Can a parent respond without their student seeing the response?

  • Yes, teachers can also filter their message to send it to parents only.
