Welcome to the BA (Hons) Filmmaking and Screen Writing Digital Showcase. Here you'll find outstanding work that demonstrates skills of visual storytelling and technical creativity. Our students provide talent, imagination and hard work, they're taught by filmmaking professionals and have access to industry-standard equipment; the results are impressive. We begin with a selection of films submitted by 4th Year students for final year projects.(PLEASED NOTE THAT SOME FILMS MAY CONTAIN STRONG LANGUAGE AND ARE NOT SUITABLE FOR THOSE UNDER THE AGE OF 12 YEARS.)

BA Filmmaking and Screen Writing students have their films shown at festivals and in competitions. In the last year two of the films made by third year students were successfully entered into the Royal Television Society (Scotland) Student Television Awards, 2020.

High standards of creativity and professionalism are achieved by students in the earliest stages of the BA Filmmaking and Screen Writing course.
Two Bed.
Here's a superbly accomplished second year, fiction film - Two Bed - made by Joseph McCawley, Luca Barzon, Krisztian Sutko and Daniel McIntosh.
Lighthouse.
To finish on a song, here's a first year music film - Lighthouse - that demonstrates a skilful blend of studio and location work, performance, choreography and visual storytelling. The student filmmakers are Eva Taneva, Justinya Bodzek, Andrea Costa and William Cooper.
