Mr. Mcmullin teaches Biology and Principles of Biomedical Science here at San G. He earned a B.S. degree in Biology at Cal State University San Bernardino, where he also earned a single-subject teaching credential in Biological Sciences. Mr. Mcmullin says his favorite part of teaching Biology is opening students' eyes to the living world that surrounds us. "I love making students aware that life is all around us, from the jaw-dropping, massive trees that make up the Giant Forest in Sequoia National Park to the tiny, microscopic organisms that seem invisible to the unaided eye, and everything in between. Connecting the dots and realizing that all life plays a functional role in humanity and the preservation of our planet Earth, allows us to see that we are all so different but also the same in many ways. Biology is a content area that gives people a chance to not only make more sense of life, but to develop a positive perspective and appreciation for life at all levels." When Mr. Mcmullin is not teaching, he loves to spend his free time outdoors: hiking, snowboarding, jogging, golfing; taking road trips with his wife and daughter, exploring new places; reading and watching movies.
