Welcome to the San Gorgonio High School Mathematics website. I am Ericka Unkefer, one of the Mathematics Department Chair. I started my professional journey at the University of California, Riverside where I earned my B.S. in Biochemistry with an emphasis in Chemistry. From there I attended Cal State San Bernardino where I earned my teaching credential in mathematics.
I am proud to be a part of our Spartan family here in San Bernardino and look forward to a great year!
Welcome to the World of Mathematics. I am Kenna Becker and I am the other one of the Mathematics Department Chairs. I started my journey at Chaffey Community College, earning two associates degrees in university studies in 2018. From there, I went on to earn a bachelors degree in mathematics in 2020, single subject teaching credential in 2021, and a masters degree in secondary education in 2022, all from Cal State San Bernardino. More recently, I've since earned a second masters degree in mathematics education from Loyola Marymount University this past Spring!
I have worked for San Bernardino City Unified, and San Gorgonio High School, since 2021. I too am a sproud Spartan and I am excited to help lead the department this year.
It is my mission to make the most of the life I've been given, which drives me to be a positive influence in all the lives I touch. I feel honored to be given the opportunity to help shape the next generation and I wouldn't change anything about what I do!
