GOAL
The goal of this project is for all students in the district to be made aware of the SBCUSD Technology Use Agreement through the review of the Tech Use Agreement posters, associated Google Slides, and tracking forms.

Tech Use Agreement Posters
All classrooms should have a grade appropriate Tech Use Agreement poster displayed in a location visible to all students. Posters are available in English and Spanish.

Process for Facilitating Tech Use Agreement Completion
Grades TK-2 teachers:
Review the Tech Use Agreement Poster with their students, using the provided Google Slides (SPANISH COPY).
After the review, the teacher submits the TK-2 Tech Use Agreement form at this link: https://bit.ly/TK-2techuseagreement
*Teachers must be logged into their district Google Account
Grades 3-5 teachers:
Review the Tech Use Agreement Poster with their students, using the provided Google Slides (SPANISH COPY).
After the review, students will fill out the Tech Use Agreement Completion form to acknowledge the review was completed. The link is: https://bit.ly/techuseagreement
*Students must be logged into their district Google Account
Grades 6-12 : (Secondary schools)
A plan should be developed by the administrator(s) and the Tech Use Agreement Point Person, assuring that all students will review the Tech Use Agreement Poster and complete the form. It is recommended that a site assigns teachers by subject area or team to canvas all students for the review.
Teachers designated to review the Tech Use Agreement Poser with students will use the provided Google Slides Grades 6-8 (SPANISH COPY), Grades 9-12 (SPANISH COPY).
After the review, students will fill out the Tech Use Agreement Completion form to acknowledge the review was completed. The link is: https://bit.ly/techuseagreement

3 EASY STEPS:
Teacher displays the SBCUSD Tech Use Agreement Poster.
Teacher and students review the provided Google Slides.
Students complete the acknowledgement form.
