Class overview
To teach the students of Dr. Cash Elementary, PK-5th, the importance of fine arts through music: instruments, singing, dancing, and movement.
Hi! My name is Mrs. Poppy and I am the new Fine Arts teacher at Dr. Cash Elementary school. A little bit about me I'm originally from Port Isabel, TX. but have taught in Dallas ISD, Leander ISD, and now currently San Benito CISD. I have played piano since I was five years old, I enjoy singing as well. I've played weddings, graduations, sang in choir in college and am currently a soprano in the Chorus of the Rio Grande Valley. I am so proud to be a Greyhound and showing my pups how to express themselves through music.
I also am the director of the Dr. Cash Elementary Honor Choir which is comprised of 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade singers.-V. Poppy vmora@sbcisd.net
