Mrs. Susan Connolly (K2A)

Mrs. Susan Connolly has been teaching kindergarten for over twenty years in South Boston. She has received a M.Ed. at Boston University Wheelock College of Education in Early Childhood Education and has BA from Bridgewater State College in Education. Mrs. Connolly enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and visiting Cape Cod.

Ms. Emma Jacobsen (K2B)

This will be Ms. Jacobsen's third year teaching K2 at South Boston Catholic Academy. She received both her BA and M.Ed from Boston College, at the Lynch School of Education. Ms. Jacobsen loves teaching K2 and is passionate about fostering a fun-filled and safe classroom environment that promotes a love of learning in all students. In her free time, Ms. Jacobsen loves to read, practice yoga, and spend time with family and friends. She lives in Cambridge, MA.

Ms. MaryKate Bourdon (K2C)

This will be Ms. Bourdon's first year teaching K2 at South Boston Catholic Academy. She was previously an assistant in a K1 classroom. Ms. Bourdon received her BA from Loyola University Maryland and is pursuing her Masters in early childhood education at Gordon College. She has spent her summers working with children since she was in high school and especially enjoyed her time volunteering at the Washington Middle School for Girls in Washington D.C. In her free time, Ms. Bourdon enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach, exercising, cooking and baking, and cheering on the Red Sox!
