Technical Event
Paper Presentation
Eligibility Criteria:-
For all engineering students.
Team Formation:-▷
1. Team can have maximum of 3 participants from B.Tech/B. E.
2. No participants can be part of more than one team.
3. It is not necessary that the participants forming a team should be from same college.
4. There is no restriction on the number of teams from the same college.
Presentation Rules:
1. The paper submitted will have to be presented during the event.
2. Hard copies of the same are to be submitted before presentation to Judges.
3. The Teams will get 8 minutes to present their paper. And 2 minutes will be for questioning by judges.
4. The participants will have to present their papers in MS-Power Point (ppt) format only.
5. Violation of any rule can result in rejection of paper.
6. The organizers reserve the right to change/update the rules of the contest at any point of time and will do their best to inform to participants of the same. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the teams to keep themselves updated.
Project presentation
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
➤ Maximum 2-3 participants per project
> The explanation should be within 3 minutes
➤ PPT presentation needed based on your project
> Stand up model or a working model or a product can be shown.
JUDGEMENT BASED ON:
1. Creativity
2. Speaking skill
3. Idea of the concept
4. Applications of the project
Technical Quiz
RULES:
1.For each question 30 seconds of time will be given.
2 For each right answer 10 points will be awarded.
3.If the participant/team intended to skip the question then the next participant can get 15 seconds to answer and will be awarded 5 points for the right answer.
4. You must not use any gadgets during the competition.
5.On the average score derives from both the rounds, winners will be declared
6.If there is any tie up among the participants about average score, it will be solved by taking another round with one single question which will be awarded with 20 points.
Circuit Debugging
A “bug” in a circuit sense is considered to be a fault that makes the circuit not work as intended. It could be an inadvertent fault or a design error or an incorrect or bad component. So finding the bugs is an important part . Debugging electric circuits is different from debugging software for a couple of reasons. The first one is that there may be a problem with the assembly or the parts. The other aspect is that a circuit is a physical system and the parts have a much more complicated behaviour than computer instructions.
For circuits with a clear signal path (Think a sensor that then goes to amplifiers, filters, more amplifiers, etc), you can just follow the signal path and see that you get what you expect at every point. You will check the DC component to make sure that everything is properly biased and the AC component to make sure everything behaves as expected.
Debate (General topic)
The team supporting the motion must not shift its point of view.
If a speaker makes a statement, they must be able to provide evidence or reasons to support the statement.
Facts presented in a debate must be accurate.
Speakers may not bring up new points in a rebuttal speech.

Non-Technical Event
No fire cooking
Participant should not bring any pre-cooked items. Participant are supposed to display a chart having the name & ingredients of the dish. All required materials, tools, equipments should be arranged by the participants. All the participant must leave their working area clean after the preparation is over.
Connection
RULES AND REGULATIONS:
MAXIMUM-3 FRIENDS PER TEAM
MOBILE PHONES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
EACH ANSWERS WILL BE REWARDED WITH 10 POINTS.
IF A TEAM FAILS TO ANSWER IN THEIR ROUND 15 SECS WILL BE GIVEN TO THE OTHER TEAMS,TO GUESS THE ANSWER AND THESE ANSWERS WILL BE REWARDED WITH 5 POINTS EACH.
SECOND ROUND QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE BASED ON FIRST ROUND.
JUDGES AND CO-ORDINATORS DECISION WILL BE FINAL.

Pictures related to Tamil industry will be displayed related to various genre. The teams which has the highest score will join with us in the second round.

Logo design
Rules:
Single participant only
Participants will be provided with 3 open themes; one can select their own preferred topic from the 3 themes provided.
Created Logo should do justice for the given topic.
Use of premade templates are not encouraged.
Participants can bring their own laptops.
Logos similar like an already existing brand will not be eligible for judgement.

Voice Over & Reels
It is a team event of 2 participants. Participants are expected to participate in both the events.
Voice Over:
Are you ready to showcase your acting and mimicry skills?!
Each team will be shown a movie based clip. They will be given 30 seconds to prepare before viewing the same clip, which will be muted.
Teams will have to provide a voice over for the muted video clip. The voice over should be engaging, original and humorous.
Reels
Participants will have a to make reels based on the trending audios.
They can make a reel between the time limit of Instagram's reel section(15-60 seconds).
It should be creative and humorous.
No vulgar content is permitted.
Participants are requested to not engage in any form of malpractice, if found it will lead to immediate disqualification. Use of vernacular language will not be entertained.
Photography
RULES:
it is an individual competition.
participants should have to get their own mobiles and cameras for shoot.
participants should not use already edited photographs.
INSTRUCTIONS:
participants are expected to get their own camera/phones.
Decision of the judges will be final.

Rules:
5-6 members per team (mc compulsory)
On the spot the theme will be given 90 seconds prior to start vulgarity or offensive terms may lead to disqualification.
The total performance time duration is 3 mins.
A warning bell will be rung after 2.5 minutes to intimate the team about the time limit.
Props are allowed.
