Pages & Prose is the official Grizzly Lounge book club, here to a provide a mellow space for all readers. Although, we do things a little differently! Rather than reading the same book all at once, we encourage students to bring whatever it is they want to read. Whether it's something for a school or something that's been taking up space in their TBR for ages, Pages & Prose is for those who simply want to hang out and read something. Though we will always encourage students to read outside the club, this club is meant to give students an opportunity to set some time aside in their busy lives to relax and read something they enjoy, which means all reading is done within the club! While half our meeting time is dedicated to reading, however, the other half allows us to talk about whatever we've just read. From simply talking about something they liked in their reading to answering some discussion questions, students have complete freedom in what they want to talk about. Come for the books, and stay for the hangout (with some snacks, maybe?), every Friday from 3:45p to 5:00p at the Godinez Library!
