Tutoring Punch Card 

How to participate:

• Must attend 45 min. sessions held at the library anytime from 3-6 PM

• 8 sessions to get a prize.

• Can be receiving tutoring or just catching up on missing school assignments; school work will be checked by tutors. 

• Punch cards will be kept by tutors and a punch will be given at the end of sessions. 

• Must sign-in to sign-in sheets, so we can keep track of your attendance.
