In order to navigate the various systems in SAUSD, you need digital access. This is achieved through one of two email addresses you are granted when you are hired by SAUSD. The instructions below walk you through how to set up and access your two email accounts. Your temporary passwords that you will need to access these accounts will be given to you when you are hired.
Why do we have two email addresses?
Some of our applications require you to log in with your "Google" or "SAUSDLearns" account, while others require you to register with your "Outlook" or "SAUSD.us" account. In most cases, you will be informed which one to use.
Do I have to check 2 separate email accounts?
There is a very easy way to forward all of your "SAUSDLearns" emails to your "SAUSD.us" email account. This video is a short walkthrough on how to do that:
Time to log into the Staff Portal!
Go to www.sausd.us
In the upper right corner, hover over "STAFF RESOURCES" then select "Staff Portal"
Login with ONLY the firstname.lastname you use for your @sausd.us email address and use that password to log in
Scroll down to "STAFF LINKS" and "TEACHER LINKS" and you'll see just a small section of the applications our district uses.
