Stuff the Turkey and Spirit Week are coming! Check out the flyer sent home during SPA Conferences or with students on Wednesday, November 7th!
The CMS Student Council was founded in 2011 and continues to grow with each passing year. We are excited to present a variety of activities throughout the school year in effort to built a stronger community at Claremont Middle School, within the City of Claremont, within the State of New Hampshire, and nationally!
Over the summer of 2017, CMS Student Council joined the National Student Council. We are excited to be part of this amazing organization and look forward to implementing new ideas and activities through Student Council in the coming year.
I am thrilled to announce that we will be using ClassTag this year to improve communication about Student Council events. ClassTag uses either your cell phone number* and/or your e-mail address to notify you of events, request a response to an event (RSVP), send event reminders, and request volunteers. You can control how often you would like to receive updates and by what method once you are connected. You also have control of who sees your contact information. I encourage you to check out ClassTag by visiting http://www.classtag.com.
While signing up for ClassTag is not required, it will be the primary means by which I will be communicating with parents about Student Council events this year and will be used in lieu of the traditional phone tree method we have employed in the past. Please note that students will continue to receive information about upcoming events during regularly scheduled meetings.
If you have any questions or concerns regarding ClassTag, please feel free to contact me at email@example.com or by phone at 603-543-4250.
* By signing up for ClassTag, you agree that you are solely responsible for any text messaging charges incurred in accordance to your personal cell phone plan. Under no circumstances shall SAU6, Claremont Middle School, and/or Claremont Middle School Student Council be responsible for charges incurred as a result of using ClassTag.
